Q4: I am using AOL, and unable to see any charts. Why?As stated earlier, FXCM supports AOL version 4.0 and newer. But if you still cannot view our IntelliChart Desktop correctly, we recommend accessing iwizard.fxtrek.com directly using an Internet Explorer or Netscape browser after launching the Internet connection using AOL. Here is what you can do:
Step1: Open the AOL browser for Internet connection, then, minimize the window.
Step2: Launch Internet Explorer or Netscape right away to access http://iwizard.fxtrek.com. Then, you should be able to download our charts.
