Q4:  I am using AOL, and unable to see any charts. Why?

As stated earlier, FXCM supports AOL version 4.0 and newer. But if you still cannot view our IntelliChart™ Desktop correctly, we recommend accessing directly using an Internet Explorer or Netscape browser after launching the Internet connection using AOL. Here is what you can do:

Step1: Open the AOL browser for Internet connection, then, minimize the window.

Step2: Launch Internet Explorer or Netscape right away to access Then, you should be able to download our charts.
